Using Task Manager will become a little easier and less frustrating. A new update for Windows 11 has improved the interface of Microsoft’s tool, also introducing a new feature.

With Windows 11 22H2 , the latest update for Microsoft’s operating system, a new interface based on Fluent Design has been introduced . Microsoft’s task manager is now more pleasing to the eye. But the novelties do not end there and do not end with a cleaner design.

The latest Windows 11 beta also introduced a feature long requested by geek users. Microsoft has introduced an internal search bar to Task Manager. Finally, users will be able to search for the processes they are interested in much easier and faster. Just type the name of the application to find it immediately.

To date, users are forced to search for processes individually and the operation can be long and tedious. Of course it is possible to put the list of running processes in alphabetical order, but it is still necessary to manually scroll through the list. The latest version of the beta of Windows 11 therefore solves a problem that has always been inexplicably present on Microsoft, making users’ lives a little easier.

It is not clear when the novelty will finally be introduced on the stable version of Windows 11 and for all users. As always, we will keep you up to date with the latest on Microsoft’s operating system.
