Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2, upcoming announcement? “Before E3,” says Jeff Grubb

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2 could be announced long before E3 2022, perhaps in May, in view of Star Wars Day. This is suggested by Jeff Grubb, specialized journalist and host of a very popular video game podcast.

Star Wars represents an important asset within EA’s portfolio. Unlike the new Battlefronts – with the second chapter accompanied by major controversies at launch, and then reborn -, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order immediately earned the love of the public and critics. Thanks to its mechanics taken (but simplified) by Souls Like and to a setting and a plot of extreme involvement, Fallen Order has become one of the most loved video games by Star Wars fans .

So for Jeff Grubb it would finally be time to present the sequel. Perhaps next May 4 – the day of Star Wars Day , as mentioned above – a first teaser will be presented, while during E3 of 2022 the publisher will put more meat on the fire, showing other material.

The possible release date of the sequel is more uncertain, so much so that not even Grubb is too unbalanced: release towards the end of 2022? Possible, says the reporter, but a release in 2023 is more likely.

Recall that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2 is not the only video game set in the galaxy far, far away … in the pipeline: fans are also looking forward to Star Wars Eclipse (of which we only have a first, spectacular, teaser ) and the remake of the first Knight of the Old Republic.
