When is Valorant’s Red Bull Home Ground back?

The Red Bull event returns in 2022 pitting European teams against North American ones.

Masters over, world championships starting in a month: the competitive scene of Valorant is undoubtedly one of the most active in the global esports scene but the events are not over yet. In fact, the Red Bull Home Ground returns in December, the unique event of its kind to which Red Bull invites the best teams in circulation: this year for the first time there will also be teams from North America invited to establish once and for all which of the regions is the best competitively.

How does it work

The tournament will see the participation of eight teams that will play for the title of the Red Bull Home Ground from 9 to 11 December. In particular, there will be teams from the EMEA region and North America , an increasingly insistent transoceanic rivalry, with a round-trip format in Bo5 games. Several teams will be invited while others will play their place in an open qualifying tournament; for the Turkish teams, on the other hand, it will be an invitation-only qualifier.
