It should be noted that ‘guests, tournaments and more’ will be announced

A startup is launching Joipaw, a console for dogs that helps keep our favorite four-legged friends fit.

It has nothing to do with Nintendogs, but Joipaw is a console designed exclusively for dogs and it looks beautiful too.

And Watch Dogs has nothing to do with it either , because this time the dogs aren’t on watch as in the Ubisoft title (which you can find on Amazon ), but they are the protagonists.

Joipaw  is also a key alternative to current generation consoles, which certainly won’t have inventory problems like the ones Phil Spencer is worried about.

In the hope that, at least, among the canine population there are no scalpers, with whom companies have been waging war for some time.

Joipaw is the first console for dogs and it looks beautiful

To reiterate that we are not kidding and that yes, Joipaw is a console for dogs as reported by VGC , know that it was also created for a noble purpose.

As the startup’s landing page tells us, Joipaw is a video game console designed to combine fun and physical activity for our four-legged friends:

The first holistic dog health monitoring platform, backed by a decade of scientific research , goes like this:

“Our goal is simple: to help every dog on the planet live longer, healthier and happier lives . We do this by transforming daily physical and mental workouts into a sustainable lifestyle with our console, games and wearable tracker.”

Joipaw features a dog-friendly touchscreen , height-adjustable stand and treat vending machine, who play ever-new and challenging interactive puzzle games, as well as speakers, a microphone and a Full HD camera.

As you can see from the video above, the console basically serves to make physical exercises fun for dogs. Kind of like Ring Fit Adventures for humans, basically.

This is yet another demonstration that video games don’t hurt, on the contrary , because for humans, for example, they can be equivalent to a thousand sit-ups.

Now we wait for the equivalent of Nintendo Switch Sports for dogs, while the one for men gets an update with a new sport.
